At the core of the F18H is the revolutionary Haloflex™ liner system, inspired by groundbreaking concussion protection helmet technology. Designed to set a new benchmark in safety, this advanced liner absorbs and disperses impact forces far beyond the capabilities of traditional ribbon suspension systems. The result? Comprehensive head protection and a snug, pressure-free fit that prioritizes both safety and comfort.

Included Features

Shell - Fiberglass reinforced composite shell with beaded edge trim. The full PU liner offers superior thermal protection and shock absorption.

Trim (reflectors) - 6-piece Trapezoid Oralite® Ultra Brilliance set

Face protection - High Temperature APEC Lens. | Bourkes with selected model configurations.

Eye protection - Clear fire-retard ant polycarbonate. Anti-Scratch coated.

Comfort Padding -Closed cell foam covered with a soft brush doeskin finish.

Chinstrap - Nomex® XL 2-point attachment complete with quick release buckle and Postman’s slide allows for one handed adjustment.

Impact Protection - Advanced TPU polymer Haloflex™ impact mesh system.

Neck Protector - Multi-layer Nomex™ with thermal barrier.

Badge Holder - Brass Eagle or Brass Beaver Badge Holder
